Welcome to the Puroresu Project Shop. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online shop and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing the Puroresu Project Shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About the Puroresu Project Shop

The Puroresu Project Shop offers original merchandise and products created as part of Puroresu Project's celebration of Japanese professional wrestling history and culture.

Many of our products are made to order and produced and shipped through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Puroresu Project is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional wrestling promotion, wrestler, organization, or other third party unless explicitly stated.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our shop or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases in your jurisdiction.

You may not use our shop, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold through the Puroresu Project Shop are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after checkout, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Product Images and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our merchandise.

Product photographs and digital mockups are provided for reference. Actual products may have minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, texture, or appearance due to manufacturing and printing processes, materials, and differences between electronic displays.

Reasonable production variations are not considered defects.

5. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the shop and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be added depending on your order and destination.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccurate product information. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Order Fulfillment

Products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners on behalf of the Puroresu Project Shop.

Products within the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, and fulfillment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates provided by the Puroresu Project Shop are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Puroresu Project Shop Refund & Return Policy.

Because our merchandise is generally made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to the procedures outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Puroresu Project name, branding, original merchandise designs, illustrations, graphics, written content, logos, and other original creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, resell, manufacture, or commercially exploit Puroresu Project's original designs or creative materials without permission.

Professional wrestling promotion names, wrestler names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other third-party intellectual property referenced in connection with our products remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

Reference to any wrestler, promotion, event, or organization does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Puroresu Project.

10. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the Puroresu Project Shop is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed as reasonably necessary to complete orders, process payments, arrange fulfillment and shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and operate our shop.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate portions of the Puroresu Project Shop, including ecommerce services, payment processing, manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, and shipping.

Your information may be shared with these providers when reasonably necessary to complete your order or provide the requested service.
