The Puroresu Project Shop is operated as part of Puroresu Project, an independent project dedicated to celebrating and preserving the history and culture of Japanese professional wrestling.

Independent Project

Puroresu Project and the Puroresu Project Shop are independently operated.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Puroresu Project is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with any professional wrestling promotion, wrestler, performer, organization, governing body, or other third party referenced or represented in connection with the project or shop.

The inclusion or reference of any individual, promotion, event, championship, or organization should not be interpreted as an endorsement of Puroresu Project or its merchandise.

Intellectual Property

The Puroresu Project name, branding, original illustrations, merchandise designs, graphics, written content, layouts, and other original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Puroresu Project and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Puroresu Project's original materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, manufactured, sold, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior permission.

Third-Party Rights

All third-party trademarks, trade names, wrestler or performer names, promotion names, logos, photographs, likenesses, copyrighted materials, and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Use or reference of third-party names or other intellectual property does not imply ownership by Puroresu Project or an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Merchandise

Products offered through the Puroresu Project Shop are created and sold as part of the Puroresu Project brand.

Where merchandise draws inspiration from professional wrestling history and culture, such inspiration should not be interpreted as indicating that a wrestler, promotion, organization, estate, or other rights holder has produced, sponsored, licensed, or endorsed the merchandise unless a product is specifically identified as an official collaboration or licensed product.
